Maddry Meadows, senior housing being developed across from the Seymour Center, drew the most practical discussion. Staff stressed working with the department's occupational therapist on accessibility, and the board discussed how to make sure current Orange County residents are kept informed of the application process so they can move in.

The communication workgroup reported making five 'how to use our website' videos in English, Spanish, Karen, Burmese and Chinese, with captions and step-by-step instructions for translating any page of the department's website.
