A Chatham Park representative and consultants from McKim & Creed, TriRiver Water, and Kimley-Horn briefed the board on the South Village Small Area Plan's stormwater, utility and roadway infrastructure. Staff said they had no recommendation or formal presentation on the plan at this stage and would gather board questions by email ahead of a fuller presentation. The board approved its June 16 minutes and heard that the Reeves Farm conditional rezoning and other conditional rezonings would come before the board at its next meeting.
