Section 9.5 (h)-Excused absences due to illness, absence from the meeting due to personal hardship, if approved by a majority vote of the Planning Board, shall not constitute a lack of attendance. Absences shall be entered into the minutes of the meeting as either ‘excused’ or ‘unexcused’ at the next regularly scheduled meeting.
