Four members attended (Sykes, Murdock-Doherty, Hudson and Miles); three were excused or absent (Weatherly-Rosner, Mahood and McCalla). The board approved August's minutes unanimously and had no member updates or public comment to record. Staff member Brown presented the Program Manager's report, pointing to a fuller version posted online; the minutes note no informal hearings that month, a new payment standard, and coordination with Habitat, CHT and CEF on home ownership vouchers. Staff member Rosser then gave an overview of the Housing Department, also detailed in a separate uploaded presentation rather than the minutes themselves. The board adjourned unanimously at 6:50 PM.
