What local government did, 8–14 September
Chatham County Schools' Board of Education reviewed 2023-24 state accountability results on 9 September: a 90 percent four- and five-year graduation rate, the highest in at least fifteen years of district data and above the state average, against mixed academic growth results. The board also adopted a resolution marking Arts and Education Week and approved two exceptional-children contracts covering staffing gaps in speech and language services.
It is the only meeting collected in the region this week.
3 boards met across 3 governments, with 31 agenda items on file.
