    Staff Recommendation: This site presents a strong opportunity for park development. Staff recommends approval of this park site location. Suggested Motion: “…a motion to approve the location of parkland identified as Section 2.1 (D2), with the understanding that approval is for the land in its current condition and that the site will remain in its natural state, without disturbance or improvement.”

    Staff Recommendation: Staff recommends discussion of the relocation options, with particular focus on Option 2 and Option 3 , as Option 1 presents access limitations and is not considered ideal. Option 2 offers strong road frontage; however, its location within the watershed significantly limits the range of potential park improvements. Option 3 provides a direct connection to the E1 parkland, creating the opportunity for a larger, more cohesive park space. While the presence of a creek bisecting the property presents some design challenges, the site benefits from road frontage on two sides, enhancing accessibility and overall functionality.     Staff Recommendation: Given the connectivity opportunities, road frontage, and access to the planned greenway network, staff recommends approval of this site relocation. Suggested Motion: “…a motion to approve the relocation of parkland identified as Section 4.3 (C1) to the proposed location, with the understanding that approval is for the land in its current condition and that the site will remain in its natural state without disturbance or improvement.”
