Suggested Motion: “…a motion to approve the location of parkland identified as Section 2.1 (D2), with the understanding that approval is for the land in its current condition and that the site will remain in its natural state, without disturbance or improvement.”

Option 2 offers strong road frontage; however, its location within the watershed significantly limits the range of potential park improvements. Option 3 provides a direct connection to the E1 parkland, creating the opportunity for a larger, more cohesive park space.
