    Summary: We are excited to present the Robeson Creek Park Master Plan for the 72-acre parkland dedicated as parkland-in-lieu (PIL) last year. A draft concept was presented at the January 2026 meeting, where the Board provided direction to move forward with the proposed planning approach. The attached master plan represents a comprehensive summary of the visioning process and reflects the input received through the steering committee, public engagement efforts, stakeholder discussions, and Board feedback throughout the planning process. Suggested Motion: "....motion to approve the Robeson Creek Park Master Plan."
