    Mayor Recommendation: Continue use of the existing Flock Safety ALPR system through the end of the current contract period, subject to the following conditions: No additional cameras, expanded sharing, or added Flock features without Board approval. Continued prohibition on use for traffic enforcement, immigration enforcement, reproductive care investigations, facial recognition, or the monitoring of individuals or gatherings.   24. 8.II Request: Town Hall Construction Manager Selection

    Selection Committee Recommendation: Select Edifice to be the Town Hall Construction Manager. Staff Recommendation: To maintain the current schedule and get construction manager input early in the design process, staff recommend that the Board authorize the Town Manager to negotiate and execute a professional services agreement with Edifice. If negotiations fail, the Town will move on to the next ranked firm. Suggested Motion: “ … a motion to authorize the Town Manager to negotiate and execute a professional services agreement, not to exceed $76,348.00 for Town Hall pre-construction CMAR services. ”

(a) (5) to establish or instruct the public body's staff or negotiating agents concerning the position to be taken by or on behalf of the public body in negotiating (i) the price and other material terms of a contract or proposed contract for the acquisition of real property by purchase, option, exchange or lease.
