    Staff Recommendation: Based on public input and feedback, staff is seeking direction from the Board regarding the preferred path forward. During the May 20, 2026, PARAB meeting, the Advisory Board expressed strong support for keeping the park in its natural state with only minor enhancements. PARAB noted the value of preserving the natural character of the site, particularly from a feasibility and maintenance perspective. Community feedback, however, has emphasized the importance of full connectivity and accessibility, which aligns more closely with Option 2. This option would provide full ADA access through paved walking trails and boardwalks, but it would also represent a significantly gr…
