    Planning Board Recommendation: Recommended approval of ZTA-2026-04 as presented March 16, 2026 and signed consistency statement. Staff Recommendation: Staff recommends approval and supports consideration of revised updates to the section as a way to better establish a clear regulatory framework and enhance transparency regarding the comprehensive plans and acceptance of streets requirements, regulations, and recommendations.
