Certified public accountant Keith Falls of Edwards Falls Renegar, PLLC presented the board's yearly audit. General Manager Scott Cox reported on statewide sales rankings and on operations at the downtown Pittsboro store and the Northwood Landing store. Finance Officer Faye Ward, who could not attend in person, submitted her report in advance. The board adopted the North Carolina State Travel Policy and approved its August 28 minutes, both unanimously, and set its next meeting for October 23.
