Staff from Printelect and ES&S demonstrated Electionware 5.2.4.0 in person, and the director played the required video demonstration of the Hart Verity system. The board then voted to recommend Electionware 5.2.4.0 to the commissioners, with the director to send a letter of preliminary recommendation once all members have signed it. Nobody wished to address the board.

Registration stood at 109,106, down 61 since 4 March. The director reported enough money to carry out the board's work. With the chair absent, the board designated another member to preside.
