The group did not approve either the August or September minutes; a vote to adjust the August minutes ended 4-3 to keep discussing them, and the September minutes were postponed on the same 4-3 split pending corrections. Members discussed forming a subcommittee to review draft financial policies and procedures for the transit program, with disagreement over whether finance staff from GoTriangle and the Transit Development Authority should be included; the chair said he would discuss the subcommittee's composition with Orange County staff before the next meeting.

Staff confirmed draft FY27 project sheets are due December 1 and final sheets December 17. Chapel Hill reported it is revisiting its 2020 Short Range Transit Plan alongside its bus rapid transit project, and Carrboro said it is preparing to advertise Phase 1 of the Morgan Creek Greenway for construction. The group's next meeting is November 12.
