The board reduced sixteen of the twenty-five assessments and left nine unchanged; none went up. Most reductions split the difference between the owner's figure and the county's. One went further: the docket's highest-value property, at $4,333,000, came down to $2,922,700, $277,300 below what the owner had asked. On another, the owner offered no figure of their own, and the board still cut below the county's number. One owner asked the board to raise a $316,600 assessment to $335,000; the board left it alone.

Four vacant parcels of about an acre, filed by one owner, were heard together: three came down 20 to 25 percent and one held. IH5 Property North Carolina LP's rental property at 807 Blue Lake Drive in Mebane stayed at $313,600, matching the county's own number. The board matched the county's recommendation on most of the rest of the docket.
