The board reviewed absentee ballots as they arrived on election day, from 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. It approved 11 civilian ballots, one military ballot and 21 overseas ballots, each after a bipartisan review of the paperwork. All four votes were unanimous. The tabulator ended the night at 232 ballots.

The board also verified the early voting and absentee opening tapes at zero. It signed results tapes for canvass and certified the absentee abstracts required for the state board. It held results until polls closed at 7:30 p.m. Members also reported on what they saw at their assigned precincts and suggested changes to improve operations.
