Meeting recap
What happened, drawn from the records published after the meeting. Minutes
The board accepted the elections director's recommendation on 87 provisional ballots from the November 4 election. It voted unanimously to fully approve 64, partially approve two and reject 21, following state guidance on registration-repair voters and on provisional-ballot canvass procedures. The board then transcribed the partially approved ballots onto the correct ballot style, supervised tabulation and reached a final count of 66.
The state board had randomly picked the OWASA and Town Hall precincts for the sample audit count. It was to be conducted by bipartisan election officials on November 10. With no other business remaining, the board canceled its 5 p.m. meeting and adjourned.
