The board met May 19, with member Hooper Schultz absent. It recommended approval of a Girl Scout Silver Award project to paint murals on a Gold Park greenway trail, 9-0. Commissioner Robb English reported that the Board of Commissioners held its FY27 budget hearing. Staff said the Planning Board's own agenda includes a rezoning on Meadowlands Drive and text amendments for the Historic District Commission.

Stewards described conditions at the town's seven parks. Staff detailed repairs to Riverwalk signage and benches, new traffic-calming devices on Lakeshore Drive, and replacement wayfinding signs. They also described an interpretive sign on riparian restoration for Riverwalk, invasive species removal there, landscaping at the Dorothy N. Johnson Community Center, and sidewalk mapping.
