Four of the Planning Commission's six members showed up August 18: Chair Jonathan Mitchell, Elizabeth Losos, Chuck Mills and Mike Zibaie. Vice Chair Geoffrey Green and Libby Thomas were excused.

The commission approved June's draft minutes without objection, then heard a staff presentation from Tas Lagoo on the town's Land Use Management Ordinance (LUMO) update. On a routine batch of pending Planning Commission applications, Mills moved, seconded by Losos, to send them to Town Council with no recommendation from the commission. It passed 4-0. The meeting adjourned at 8:05 pm, with the next meeting set for September 1.
