What's on this agenda

An extra $5,000 for a drone show at the Holly Days Tree Lighting Celebration is before the Pittsboro Downtown Advisory Board — about 50 drones, staged from the soccer fields south of Horton Middle School. The board already recommended the sponsorship itself; the added money would come from roughly $4,000 in surplus from a rescheduled Summer Fest plus what's left of the event budget.
