    Staff Recommendation : Staff recommends that the Pittsboro Downtown Advisory Board approve the addition of the Parking, Access & Mobility Strategy to the Downtown Annual Work Plan. This work plan item will establish a clear framework for improving parking, accessibility, and mobility while supporting the continued growth, success, and long-term vitality of Downtown Pittsboro.     Staff Recommendation : Staff recommends updating the Downtown Façade Improvement Grant Program Guidelines and the Downtown Building Rehabilitation Grant Program Guidelines to reflect the revised review process, with the Pittsboro Downtown Advisory Board serving as the final recommending body following review by the Design Committee. This change strengthens the governance structure of the programs while maintaining an efficient and collaborative review process that supports continued investment in Downtown Pittsboro.
